Send disposal documents

When a product is withdrawn from circulation for a specific defect reason (e.g, ripped pack), code of this product must be disposed in the system using /make_utilization/ method. Such code can no longer be used.

Note: if codes were not activated yet (/make_aggregation/) – there is no need to dispose such codes.

Note: if a code of, e.g., MC was disposed (/make_utilization/) - all the codes inside this MC will be also disposed (outers, packs). Such codes can no longer be used.

Note: this method required signature with gzipped parameters, size of unpacked data cannot be more than 1 Mb.
